Below is all of the information regarding this weekend’s 1872 Sevens. 

The Chloe and Liam Together Forever Trust: Women’s Elite – 1^st £700, 2^nd £200, 3^rd £100

Below is the 3 team round robin. Top 2 play off for the Cup. 3^rd place will play for the plate.

First round of games will kick off at 11am (Full set of fixtures at bottom)

Penny Petroleum: Men’s Elite – 1^st £700, 2^nd £200, 3^rd £100

Below are the 2 pools for the competition. Top 2 enter into the cup. Bottom 2 enter into the plate.

First round of games will kick off at 11.20am (Full set of fixtures at bottom).

Wade Financial: Men’s Social – 1^st £450, 2^nd £100, 3^rd £50 

Below is 12 teams split into 3 pools of 4. The three 1^st place and best 2^nd place will enter into the Cup. The next two 2^nd place and the best 2 3^rd places will enter into the plate.

First round of games will kick off at 11.40am (Full set of fixtures at bottom)

Registration

Registration will be from 10am, we have slightly staggered timings of the events to hopefully spread out the rush of people. On arrival, please come to the main tent in which you will find myself with all of your information, fixtures and beer tokens for the day. Within these packs we will have a simplified version of each teams fixtures.

Communication on the Day

All team managers will be added into WhatsApp groups. Within these groups, we will send updated league tables and all of the relevant information regarding fixtures.

We will also use a PA system to make announcements.

Parking

We have no access to parking on site until early evening however we have full access to parking directly across the road at King Edwards Primary School until 8pm at night. We will have volunteers on the road to point you in the right direction.

Fixtures

Men’s and Women’s Elite will be played over 2 pitches (1 & 4)

Men’s Social will be played over 3 pitches (2,3 & 5)

All Finals will be on pitch 1

First Aid

On site, we have provided physio and medical cover –  however, it is highly advised that each team brings their own medical support.

Changing Facilities

We have male and female changing facilities available. These however will not be locked.

Camping

Camping this year is permitted. Changing rooms will be open for showers and changing.

No fires or BBQ’s are permitted on the grounds.

Breakfast will be served in the morning in the bar.

Loss of possessions

As the event is open to the public, Percy Park RFC take no liability in any loss of property and advise not to bring anything of personal value to the event.
