RWC 2015 Tickets

INTRODUCTION

Our ticket allocation is in two parts

• The number for each of the 10 matches at Twickenham – the Club allocates a fixed number of tickets
• The remaining 38 matches – members can choose which match or matches for which they wish to buy tickets UP TO a limit of 4 tickets per member

PROCEDURE

• Tickets are sold directly to members nominated by the Club
• All ticket sales will be processed online through RWC 2015 Ticketing System
• If applications by members exceeds our ticket allocation the Club decides which members to invite to purchase
• From 6^th May 2014 the Club can enter details on the RWC Ticketing website of members interested in purchasing tickets
• Members entered on RWC 2015 Ticketing website will receive an automated email inviting them to register on the website prior to tickets going on sale on 16^th May 2014
• Tickets will be paid for on application and will be sent to members in summer 2015

WARNING

• Tickets cannot be transferred not even to other members
• There are very strict terms and conditions of purchase and all purchasing members must formally accept them
• You cannot purchase a ticket unless you were a FULL member of Percy Park RFC on 1^st September 2013
• Those wishing hospitality or travel packages should see details at www.rugbyworldcup.com/hospitality
• In sending your details to the Club indicating your wish to purchase tickets you authorise the Club to transfer those details to RWC 2015 and authorise RWC 2015 to store and use those details

TIMELINE

• Prior to 6^th May 2014 you should send your name and preferred email contact address to     This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with details of the match/matches for which you wish to buy tickets and the number and price of tickets you require
• 6^th May 2014 – RWC Ticketing website goes live and the Club uploads details of members wishing to purchase tickets
• 16^th May 2014 – the sale opens and eligible members log into www.tickets.rugbyworldcup.com to buy tickets
• 30^th June 2014 – sales to Club members using the above procedure closes
• September 2014 – tickets go on sale to the public – anyone can buy including those members successful in the above procedure

 SUMMARY

• The Club will check status of the applicants and determine availability and allocation of tickets in a fair and transparent manner
