NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Percy Park Rugby Football Club Ltd will take place this year on Wednesday 29th July at 7.30pm in the club house. All club members are invited to attend. The Chairman Tim Walker will present an annual report on the activities of the club for the past season and financial year. Other directors of the club will also be in attendance.
At the AGM officers for the club for season 2026/2027 will be nominated and a financial report will be presented by the Treasurer.
The annual accounts are currently being prepared for the year ending 30th April 2026 and will be available on the night. If you require a draft copy of the accounts prior to the AGM please contact Mick Ishida at
The annual report and nominations for officers of the club will be sent out not later than 30 days before the AGM.
